Goals:
A day out for women to refresh, renew and recharge themselves. A day of pampering, education and fun.
Approach:
Through inspirational and educational presentations, attendees are motivated to make better lifestyle choices which will lead to the prevention of heart disease.
Results:
Up to 800 people attended the event for four straight years.
